Winkelmann & Associates, Inc. is a civil engineering and surveying consulting firm established in 1989 by William J. Winkelmann, P.E. & R.P.L.S. We consider ourselves a part of the client’s design team, and take pride in providing a personal, timely, cost-effective service to our clients. Our firm is registered to perform engineering work in the States of Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
We have individual engineers registered in the States of New Mexico, California, and Colorado.
We have the ability to become registered in other states as needed.
