Kofi Addo-Nyarko

Kofi Addo-Nyarko has more than 21 years of experience working on land development projects in more than 25 different states. Kofi is a registered civil engineer in twelve states including Texas, Arizona and New Mexico.

As a project manager at the firm with experience working on diverse projects like fueling stations, restaurants, car washes, retail warehouses, single-family residential, multi-family residential, hotels, and industrial facilities, Kofi enjoys collaborating with clients as well as representing the clients in project meetings with the jurisdictions and general public. His responsibilities include client coordination and communication, due diligence, site planning, scheduling, budgeting, general civil engineering plan production, and permitting.

Kofi resides in Mansfield, Texas with his wife, Ruby, and their three children. He enjoys all kinds of sports, especially playing soccer, watching movies, reading, and traveling.
