Michael D. Clark

Michael Clark has over thirty years experience in helping clients achieve their goals. He has dedicated his career to representing clients in the coordination and preparation of construction documents for commercial/retail land development projects. He is a registered engineer in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

In addition to coordinating design drawings, he provides contacts and coordination with city officials and staff to facilitate approvals for the overall project. Michael assists clients with overall project planning, including site planning, scheduling and budgeting. He coordinates with the clients to ensure their needs and desires are communicated to project managers who prepare plans for permitting.

As president of the firm, Michael provides oversight for the numerous office projects, as well as, represents clients in their negotiations with sellers, buyers, and municipalities. He is responsible for all design implementation; meeting project production deadlines; and providing assistance to obtain approvals of construction documents.

Michael resides in Arlington with his wife of 34 years, Pamela, with whom he has raised two children. Michael enjoys spending time with family, and watching his young grandson grow.
