William R. Winkelmann

William [Will] Winkelmann has more than seven years of experience as a civil engineer and surveying professional. Will is a registered engineer in Texas and working on obtaining his certification as a Registered Public Land Surveyor in Texas.

As project manager at the firm, Will works directly with clients on residential and commercial land development, as well as municipal projects. His responsibilities include client coordination and communication, general civil engineering plan production for grading, water distribution, fire protection, sanitary sewer collection, drainage, paving, coordination of public utilities, plan approval, and use of computer models to analyze flood control and drainage projects. Will is proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D applications and similar programs.

Will resides in Dallas with his wife, Jenny, and their three young children, Ava, Liam and Bailey.  He enjoys time with family, watching Aggie football, golfing, hunting, and traveling.
